About Using Moringa in my Smoothies
Moringa, also known as the tree of life has such a wide range of benefits for health, I have no idea why I had taken so long to start using it. Currently, I use the finely ground powder in my smoothies daily and I really enjoying it!
I have tonnes of energy and I am way more active in daily life. I also have a change in my schedule. I used to have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, however, since adding moringa powder to my diet, I have been waking up before my alarm. I feel so rested that I wake up thinking that I overslept. When I scramble for my alarm, I still have an hour or 2 more!! Isn’t that amazing? it is such a deep sleep that I wake up excited and ready to get my day started!
There was significantly less shedding, hair loss (hair fall), lots more shine and reduced breakage.
I have seen a difference in my hair moisture levels, my nails have started growing rapidly, my skin is a lot smoother and I suspect it has a lot to do with the smoothie that I drink which has flaxseed and moringa in it.
